Staff

VIP Childcare is committed to the continual development and further training of its entire staff.

All Practitioners are qualified or working towards a minimum of SVQ Level III in Childcare.

With over 10 years experience in childcare, staff have all the relevant up-to-date training and additional qualifications in physical play, nutrition, Makaton (sign language) and many more.

VIP Childcare is governed by a Board of Directors who are responsible for the business; all staff are employed by the Board.
