Our baby team have taken on a new opportunity to research and embrace, first-hand experience on baby wearing where they participated in a two week trial of four different slings types. To further develop and ensure and the closeness and attachment between our babies and practitioners both in and outdoors we have researched into the traditional idea of baby wearing through Slings. VIP Childcare has worked in partnership with the Moray Sling Library to gain an insight to the practicalities of slings within nursery. In action… We have purchased two Aqua baby wraps to improve connection and attachment with our babies both in and outdoors. Our practitioners gently encourage and support each baby to connect and engage whilst in our care at VIP Childcare - we believe introducing baby wearing will support our team to ensure smooth settling in process for our babies and continue to create a safe and nurturing environment for your baby. |
