Our Toddler room is a vibrant, sensory stimulating and nurturing unit where our energetic practitioners ensure a strong and supportive approach to transitions, allowing your toddler to make their first step to independent play and learning. Our team provide a challenging array of both structured activities and spontaneous play opportunities to allow them to discover the joy of learning, either independently or alongside our little VIP's.
Your Toddler will have a settling in period to gain both the parent's and child's confidence with the transition from babies to toddlers; our friendly team welcome and support them through the transitional process with personal care from their key worker. Our Toddlers are encouraged to let their imaginations and personalities flourish, to develop into independent and content children, who have the the support to feel confident to explore everything they encounter with ease and excitement - simply because children learn best when they are happy! We continue the 'Pre-birth to Three' curriculum guidance from our baby unit- delivering the following key principles: Attachments, Health & Well-being, Environments, Literacy & Numeracy, Transitions, Partnership Working and Play.
