VIP is quite a special organisation, not only in terms of the quality of the childcare it provides but also in terms of it’s structure and organisation. As a Social Enterprise, VIP can commit itself completely to continue to develop the service it provides with a clear commitment to take the best research in our understanding of how our children’s brains develop and making that part of how we behave and connect to our customers! Translating the research into the best way for children’s brains and learning to develop and be maximised into what we plan, organise, say and do is at the heart of the organisation. Whether it’s inward facing prams, cuddle circles or the use of slings we continue to take concrete, practical actions to take advantage of everything we can to provide a sound basis for the children in our care to grow in all aspects of their development.
