Eco school workshop
The “Waste watchers” team put together an Eco Schools workshop, enabling VIP nursery children to establish a unique insight into the whole process of recycling and the environmental effect this process has on our planet. Through discussions, video reflection, recycling activities and the children taking part in establishing the step-by-step process of what occurs to our recycled goods and what they may become, enabled our children to gain a better understanding into the importance of looking after our world. This workshop was a hands on approach to environmental awareness, an incredible project to move forward linking with our Eco-school initiative for sustainability and the positive commitment to continuously improvement of our children’s environmental awareness, understanding and positive impact for the adults of the future. |
